HOW TO PREPARE HERBAL TEA POWDER:
INGREDIENTS:
- Dry Ginger
- Long Pepper (Tippili)
- Black Pepper
- Licorice (Atimaturam)
- Indian Sarsaparilla (Nannari)
- Galangal (Cittarattai)
- Ajwain (Omam)
- Black Cumin seeds
- Cardamom
- Coriander seeds
- Cinnamon
- Senna dried flower (Avaram poo)
- Dried Rose petals.
METHOD:
- Sun-dry all the ingredients till they became dry completely.
- Grind it all together to a fine powder. You can use your home mixer grinder or take it to grinding mill.
- Store the herbal tea powder in a clean and dry airtight container in a cool and dry place. Because moisture can spoil the powder.
TEA PREPARATION:
- Take a vessel, add one tea-cup of water, add 1/2 tea-spoon of herbal tea powder and add required amount of powdered jaggery or palm jaggery or palm candy as per your wishes....
- Boiling it in low medium flame till the colour of decoction will turn brown. Then remove from the heat and filter out by using a clean strainer.
- Now you can serve or intake the hot healthy herbal tea with your favourite snacks.
