INGREDIENTS:

  • Gooseberry - 3
  • Cumin seeds - 1/4 tsp
  • Pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • Ginger - small piece (1/4)
  • Green Chili - Small Slice (1/4)
  • Curry leaves - a little
  • Mint leaves - a little





METHOD:

Grind all the above ingredients together with a little water and take the filtered juice and if you required mix it with honey and drink regularly.

  • we can prepare pickle from gooseberry but we can get only 10% of its benefits.
  • we can get the full benefit of gooseberry by chewing it as it is.
